1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The part is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The part is in the same condition as received (uninstalled, unaltered, and with all original components)

Note: Electrical parts and special orders may not be eligible for return unless proven defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Carefully package the part and ship it back to the address provided.

Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective part)
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for non-defective returns

4. Warranty Claims

If the part fails within the warranty period, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the warranty terms associated with your purchase.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Parts that have been installed, damaged during installation, or modified
  • Special orders or customized items
  • Items returned without an RA number

6. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for high-value items.
